Products Needed:
1 cup cottage cheese 1 cup wheat wheat flour 2/3 oz (20 gm) compressed yeast 6 tbsp milk 1 tbsp apple syrup 5 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp salt

Directions: Mix sifted flour with dissolved in warm milk yeast, add syrup and let stay for 5 minutes. Then add cut into flakes cool butter, sieved and wringed cottage cheese, add salt and let stay in warm place for 1 hour.
Roll the prepared dough in 1 cm layer and cut into 12 wedge-shaped triangles, roll them like horns beginning with the wide edge. Put then on greased baking tray, let sit for 10-15 minutes, bake then in preheated to 360oF (180oC) oven for 20 minutes.
Serve the horns with honey.
