2 tbsp butter
3 oz (80 gm) ham
1 1/3 oz (40 gm) cheese
parsley greens
Directions:
Spread bread slices with butter, put ham on them and cheese over the ham.
Bake until crisp.
Serve hot, garnish with greens.
