½ lb (250 g) cod
2 tbsp white wine
parsley and dill greens
boiled potatoes, vegetable salad
salt
Directions:
– Cut the fish in portions (leave the skin and remove the bones), season with salt, put into a buttered frying pan and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, occasionally pouring the resulting juice and wine over the fish.

– Pour the sour cream over the baked fish and heat for 5 minutes.

– Serve with the potatoes or vegetable salad, garnish with the greens.
