Products Needed:
1 cup wheat wheat flour 2/3 oz (20 gm) compressed yeast 1/2 cup milk 1 clove garlic 2/3 oz (20 gm) greens 3 1/2 oz (100 gm) ham 1 tbsp cheese, grated 1/2 cup heavy sour cream 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp cream 1 tsp allspice and coriander seeds

Directions: Mix flour with dissolved in warm milk yeast and let stay in warm place for 15 minutes. Add chopped greens, chopped garlic, diced finely ham and cheese, stir in sour cream. Knead dough and let stay for 1 hour in warm place.
Put the dough in buttered baking pan, brush with the mix of beaten egg yolk and cream, sprinkle with pound allspice and coriander seeds and bake in preheated to 390oF (200oC) oven for 30-40 minutes until golden.
Cool the ready pie and cut into portions.
