Products Needed:
7 oz (200 gm) pork fillet 2/3 cup almonds 2 onions 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp vegetable oil 4 tomatoeses 1 tbsp fresh mushrooms 2 eggs 1/2 lemon 2 red sweet peppers 1 oz (30 gm) spring onion salt parsley greens

Directions: Wash pork fillet, dry and dice. Shred garlic and spring onion finely. Fry the prepared products in a portion of preheated vegetable oil.
Scald tomatoes, peel and cut finely. Clean and dice sweet pepper. Combine the vegetables with meat, add cut mushrooms and parsley greens, braise for 20-30 minutes. Season with salt and ground pepper, cool.
Put nuts in boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Cast in a sieve, drain and cool. Combine with the rest products then.
To make omelette, beat eggs with salt and 2 tablespoons of water, season with ground pepper and fry in the rest vegetable oil. Cut the ready omelette.
Put meat and vegetables on a serving platter, garnish with the omelette, pour with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped spring onion.
