Peel and slice bananas.
Dice onion and sautee in butter avoiding discoloring. Add bananas, curry powder, bay leaf and heat for 1 minute, stirring.
Add hot bouillon, cover and braise over low heat for 10 minutes. Then add milk, stir and braise for 2-3 minutes, uncovered. Add shrimps, heat for 1 minute, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnish with greens.
