short 1/2 lb (200 g) white cabbage 4-5 stalks spring onion 1 carrot 1 orange 2 appless 2 tbsp fruits, tinned 2 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp sugar salt to taste | Directions: Wash and clean cabbage and carrot, shred. Wash and peel apples and orange, cut finely. Chop spring onion. Mix the ingredients, season with sugar, salt, add tinned fruits, dress with lemon juice and sour cream. Top with apples. |
