Products Needed:
1 cup wheat wheat flour 6 tbsp butter 4 eggs 6 1/2 oz (180 gm) cheese 1/2 tsp salt a dash of grated nutmeg

Directions: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil, add butter, salt, nutmeg and stir in flour gradually. Mix the mass over a low heat hastily to smoothen crumbs, remove from heat and cool to 175oF (80oC). Add eggs one by one stirring each time thoroughly. At the end of the kneading add 2/3 of cheese and stir again.
Put the dough in portions on covered with wax paper baking tray, sprinkle with cheese and bake in preheated to 360oF (180oC) oven for 30 minutes.
