1 lb (500 g) cottage cheese
8 potatoes
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sultana
salt
Directions:
– Sort out the sultana, rinse and dry.

– Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Grate the potatoes, combine with the cottage cheese, add the egg, flour, sugar, salt, sultanas and stir well.

– Form the fritters out of potato and cottage cheese paste, flour and sauté until tender-crisp. Serve with the sour-cream.
