1 lb (500 gm) mutton fillet
7 oz (200 gm) wheat bread
1 egg
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp almonds, chopped
1/2 lemon juice
2-3 tbsp cream
salt and sugar to taste
lettuce
Directions:
Cut mutton into pieces and mince. Chop onion and garlic.

Mix the prepared products with soaked in water bread, fresh egg, cream ,almonds. Stir the mass, season with lemon juice, ketshup, a dash of sugar and salt.

Grease a baking pan, put the prepared forcemeat and bake in and oven for 20 minutes.

Serve the babote on lettuce leaves.

Rice could be served as side-dish.
