1 lb (500 g) cottage cheese
1/2 cup wheat flour
4 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
2/3 cup walnuts kernels
2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup sour cream
salt
*4 oz (120 g) figs
Directions:

– Sieve the cottage cheese, sift the flour, soak the figs and cut finely.

– Fry the walnut kernels and chop finely.

– Combine the cottage cheese with a half of the flour, yolks, sugar, figs and walnuts. Season with the salt and mix well.

– Form the fritters and flour them. Sauté until golden and warm up in oven for about 5-7 minutes..

– Serve hot with the sour cream.
