Cut flour with cool margarine, add a dash of salt, sugar, ginger, baking powder and 3-4 tablespoons of water. Knead dough and refrigerate it for 30 minutes, roll out then and turn to the greased baking pan.
Wash and peel apples, cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, roll in sugar mix with cinnamon and put over the prepared dough.
Blend sugar, flour and butter into flaky mass and cover apples.
Bake the pie in preheated to 390oF (200oC) oven. Cool, cut into portions.
