Shell the shrimps, marinate in the mix of vegetable oil, lemon juice, black pepper and salt.
Peel bananas, cut into slices and sprinkle with red pepper.
Put rice on a serving platter in heap on lettuce leaves. Make a hollow in the center of the rice heap and pour mix of ketchup and mayonnaise in it, Place shrimps around.
Garnish the salad with shrimps, sliced tomatoes, bananas and eggs.
Serve chilled.
