– Dough: sift the flour, mix with the eggs, warm water, salt and red pepper, and knead a thick dough, set aside covered with a napkin for an hour.
– Stuffing: chop finely the garlic and greens, add brynza, breadcrumbs, tomato paste, salt, pepper and mix
– Make little dough rings or squares. Put some stuffing on each piece. Smear edges with the beaten egg and nip.
–Boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Take off with a skimmer, pour butter, sprinkle with the ground cheese and garnish with the greens.
