1/3 lb (150 gm) tinned shrimps
1 cucumber
2 tomatoeses
2 tbsp tinned green peas
1 banana
3 1/2 oz (100 gm) pineapple
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Directions:
Cut prepared tomatoes, cucumber and pineapple into slices.

Put shrimps in the center of a serving platter. Place tomato slices, bananas, pineapple slices and green peas around the shrimps.

To make sauce, mix yogurt with cream, lemon juice and salt. Serve the sauce separately.
