2/3 lb (300 gm) pork fillet
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp peanuts, fried and chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
Directions:
Peel onion and garlic, chop and mix with peanuts.

Dice meat, rub with the prepared mix, season with salt and pepper and leave for 30 minutes to marinate.

Thread the prepared meat on skewers and fry in vegetable oil on each side.

Serve with crumbly rice, garnish with greens.
