Products Needed:
1 cup dried apricots 1 cup prunes without stones 3 tbsp rum 3 1/2 oz (100 gm) marzipan mass 1 tbsp powdered sugar 1 egg white 4 tbsp sugar

Directions: Wash dried apricots and prunes, dry and mix with rum.
Blend marzipan with sugar and make balls. Brush them with beaten egg white and roll in sugar powder. Brush with this mix dried apricots and prunes as well. Put the prepared products in a compotier. Serve chilled.
