– Soak the gelatin in boiled and cooled water until swollen, pour out the extra water and melt it in bain-marie. Cool.
– Beat the sour cream until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, vanillin, diluted gelatin, peeled and cut bananas. Stir the paste carefully, put into a form and set in a cold place.
– Dip the form in a hot water shortly, put the cream on a round dish and garnish with the banana slices. Pour berry-syrup.
