2/3 lb halumi cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp dried bread crumbs
3 1/2 oz lettuce leaves
Dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp prepared mustard
salt, ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Arrange lettuce leaves on plates.

Mix oil with vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.

Cut cheese into cubes. Dip them in whipped egg and cover with breadcrumbs.

Fry cheese in oil until brown crusts. Then dry on paper napkins.

Pour lettuce leaves with prepared dressing, put over cheese cubes. Top the starter with parsley greens.
