2/3 lb tomatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp chopped garlic 2 tbsp chopped spring onion 2 tbsp fried cedar nuts 2 tbsp chopped basil greens 1 tbsp wine vinegar salt, ground black pepper to taste | Directions: Fry tomatoes and garlic in heated oil until tomatoes peel splits. Then add onion, nuts and vinegar. Fry for 1 minute, adjust with salt and pepper.
When serving, season the dish with greens. |
