2 oz (60 g) grapes
1 apples
2 oz (60 g) watermelon
3 oz (90 g) *melon
2 oz (60 g) sea-buckthorn berries
4 tbsp sugar
gelatin
citric acid
Directions:
– Sieve the grapes and sea-buckthorn, sqeeze, strain and place in cold.

– Slice the pulp of the water-melon, melon and apple, combine with the grapes pulp, coat with hot water and boil with sugar for 10-12 minutes.

- Strain the syrup, combine with the pre-soaked gelatin and heat to boiling, stirring. Combine with the grape juice and add the citric acid. Strain, cool, pour into forms and set in cold.
