Products Needed:
2/3 lb (300 gm) beef fillet 1 cup chicken bouillon 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp vodka 1/2 tsp ground ginger 2 onions 1/2 tsp sugar 5 seeds allspice salt to taste spring onion parsley greens

Directions: Dice meat, add cool water and boil until half ready. Pour out the broth, add chicken bouillon to the meat. Add soy sauce, vodka, ginger, pepper, chopped onion, salt and boil until ready over low heat.
Cover the meat with bouillon when serving, sprinkle with chopped spring onion and parsley greens. Serve rice as side-dish.
