Products Needed:
3-4 appless 2 1/2 cups milk 3 eggs 3 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup walnuts 5 tbsp semolina 5 tbsp sour cream salt fruit syrup

Directions: – Fry the walnuts, grind and boil in milk for a few minutes. Stir in the semolina, boil for 10 minutes and cool.
- Grind the yolks with sugar.
– Rinse the apples, slice, remove the core, add salt and stir well with the yolks and walnuts and semolina mixture. Add the beaten egg-whites and stir carefully.
– Put the paste into a buttered pan and bake in oven for 20-30 minutes.
– Serve with the sour cream.
