1 lb white cabbage
2 tbsp mutton lard
1/2 cup green peas, tinned
1 sweet pepper
2 tsp chopped garlic
salt to taste
Directions:
Shred cabbage and stew with fat, garlic, green peas, chopped pepper and sausage until done.
When serving, put the cabbage on lettuce leaves.
