1 cup chopped almonds
2 cups milk
1 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp starch
3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 orange
2 peaches
Directions:
Combine flour with starch, sugar, add egg yolks and 1|2 of milk.

Bring to boil the remaining milk and mix with prepared mixture. Cook through on water bath until thickens.

Whisk whites until froth, combine with prepared mass, add almonds, cool, put in ramekins. Top with orange segments and peach slices.
