2 oz raisins
2 tbsp rum
1 cup cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
vanilla sugar to taste
Directions:
Pour raisins with boiling water, leave for 1 hour. Then drain the water, add rum, cover with a lid and leave for 30 minutes.

Mix powdered sugar, cream, vanilla sugar and mash, then add raisins with rum. Freeze.

When serving, top the ice-cream with mint leaves and almonds.
