4 cups sugar
4 cups water
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups semolina
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 tsp pound cinnamon
Directions:
Mix sugar with water. Bring to boil, reduce the heat and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Bring oil to boil, add cereals step by step, fry until golden. Then pour the syrup by thin strain and cook through until thickens. Mix with almonds, remove from the heat. Put in a mold and cool.

Put the halva on a plate, season with cinnamon and top with almonds.
