Mix flour with soda, add margarine, cream until crumbs. Then add juice and knead the dough.
Roll out the dough, cut into circles.
Mix all stuffing ingredients and put 1 spoon of prepared stuffing on each dough circle. Moisten the dough edges and fold the circles in halves. Bake the patties for 35 minutes over 480°F.
When serving, season the patties with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
