Cook broccoli in boiling salted water. Fry broccoli and garlic in oil, then take off the garlic. Mix broccoli with cheese.
Whisk cream, add nuts and greens.
Roll out the dough, cut into squares, put the broccoli in the center of each square, shape the envelopes. Arrange the envelopes on greased sheet, pour over with nut sauce and bake until golden crusts.
When serving, top the puffs with nuts.
