1 cup wheat flour
2 cups water
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
6 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp honey
ground cinnamon to taste
salt to taste
Directions:
Pour water in a pan, add butter, salt and bring to boil, then pour flour, stir quickly and cook through until the mass thickens. Cool the mass a little, then add egg by egg.

Heat oil on frying pan, put the dough by a spoon and fry the fritters both sides over law heat until golden crusts.

Serve the fritters hot, pouring with honey and seasoning with cinnamon.
