5 egg whites
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp almonds
1 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 cup potato starch
1 cup powdered sugar
1 lemon juice
3 tbsp rum
2/3 cup pear or peach puree
15 walnuts
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar and continue beating until completely dissolves . Add chopped almonds and starch gradually, stir.

Put the prepared mass in small portions, on covered with wax paper baking tray, leaving 6-7 cm space between each, and bake in preheated to 200C oven for 20 minutes.

To make icing, mix sugar powder, lemon juice and rum. Frost the ready meringues with the icing, top each with 1 teaspoon fruit puree and walnut kernels halves.
