3 1/2 oz (100 gm) beef fillet
7 oz (200 gm) sauerkraut
2 onions
1 tsp potato starch
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup meat stock
salt, ground black peppercorn and 6% vinegar to taste
dill greens
Directions:
Cut meat into thin slices, salt and pepper it, roll in starch and fry in vegetable oil.

Put the fried meat in a pan, add sauerkraut, onion cut into circles, season with sugar, salt and vinegar if desired. Stir and stew for 40 minutes. Then add stock, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot, sprinkle with cut greens.
