1 lb (450 gm) low fat pork fillet
1 vegetable marrows
6 1/3 oz (180 gm) cheese
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
salt, ground black peppercorn to taste
parsley greens
Directions:
Cut pork into small chunks, rub them with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Put in buttered pan and cover with 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.

Peel Vegetable marrow, remove seeds, cut the pulp into chunks, put them on the meat, season with salt, pepper, cover with the rest of the grated cheese and yogurt. Stew for 1 hour.

Put the stew on a plate, chunks of the pork over it, cover with sauce came out of stewing. Decorate with greens.
