Products Needed:
7 oz cooked potatoes
5 oz cooked beet
cooked carrot
3 oz onions
2 oz canned vegetable marrows
2 oz pickled cucumbers
2 oz sauerkraut
1 oz green peas, tinned
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp vinegar
salt, sugar, pound black pepper, greens
7 oz salted herring fillet
Directions:

1 Cut carrot, beet and potatoes into dices.

2 Dress the beet with a part of dressing.

3 Press sauerkraut. Cut vegetable marrows, cucumbers and a part of onion into dices.

4 Slice a pat of herring, leave for the decoration, chop the remaining herring.

5 To prepare dressing, mix oil with vinegar, salt, sugar and pound pepper.

6 Mix the vegetables, herring and green peas, add prepared dressing and stir up.

7 When serving, top the vinaigrette with herring slices, onion rings and greens.
