2 cups boiled crumbly rice
2 cups heavy sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp gelatin
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 cup grapes
2 tbsp coconut flakes
Directions:
Whip cream, add sugar powder and dissolved gelatin. Mix the mass with rice and vanilla sugar.

Turn the jelly in ramekins, decorate with grapes and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Serve chilled.
