Peel cheese (remove hard crust) and cut it into wide thin slices according to the number of servings.
Cut bread stick across into 2/5 inch (1 cm) thick slices. Fry the bread slices in butter until crisp and golden, or dry them in a toaster.
Rub the fried bread slices with garlic, put 2-3 sprats, cover them with a cheese slice and bake in an oven at 340oF (170MoC) or bake in a roaster until cheese melts.
