1 cup grape juice
1 tsp gelatin
1/3 lb (160 gm) honey melon, pulp
3 tbsp heavy cream
Directions:
Soften gelatin in 2 cups of cool boiled water. Bring to a boil grape juice, add prepared gelatin and stir over the low heat until dissolved. Cool.

Cut small boils out of the melon pulp, put them in ramekins, cover with jelly and cool until set.

Top the ready jelly with whip cream before serving.
