Soak rice for 5 hours, wash, cast in a colander and season with salt. Scald soaked beforehand beans, cast in a colander, grate and season with salt.

Wash white cabbage leaves and put together in pairs. Put over the leaves in layers, smoothing the surface, rice, bean mass, pork forcemeat, again bean mass and rice. Wrap the leaves and tie with a thread.
Boil the wraps for 15-18 minutes, take off then and put under the press to wring out liquid.
Serve the ready patties with pickled sweet pepper.
