Combine flour, milk, sugar, lemon juice, baking powder and salt. Knead dough and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into halves, place 1 half into greased baking pan, put a layer of sliced bananas on it and cover with the other half of the dough.
Bake the pi in preheated to 230C oven. Cool right in the pan.
Cut the pie into portions before serving and sprinkle with sugar powder.
