Products Needed:
short 1 lb (400 gm) mutton fillet 1/2 cup rice 2 egg yolks 1/2 cup unsweetened yoghurt 1/2 lemon salt to taste parsley and dill greens

Directions: Wash meat, cut into cubes and boil in 4 cups of salted water until ready. Wash rice and cook in the bouillon for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the soup from heat. Whisk egg yolks with yogurt and lemon juice and stir in the soup.
Put the meat in a soup plate, pour with the seasoned soup and sprinkle with chopped greens.
