Products Needed:
3 carrots 3 small smoked sausages 1 onion 2 eggs 2 tbsp wheat flour salt, ground black and red pepercorn 4 tbsp crushed crackerss fat

Directions: Boil washed carrot until ready, cast into a colander and let water drain. Peel and mince small sausages together with carrot and onion. Add eggs, flour, pepper and salt to this mass to taste, stir.
Shape small sausages of the mass, bread in crushed crackers and fry in fat until crisp and golden.
Serve the “sausages” with hot sauce.
