Products Needed:
4 bananas 2 1/3 tsblespoon butter 4 tsp sugar 2 tbsp banana liqueur 2 oranges juice 1/2 lemon juice 2 tbsp cognac

Directions: Fry slightly peeled bananas in vegetable oil. Turn them in a separate bowl.
Add sugar to the same vegetable oil and heat, stirring, until caramelize, then add liqueur, lemon and orange juice and bring to a boil.
Add bananas to caramel mass, heat, pour with cognac and fire.
