7 oz (200 gr) beets
3 1/2 oz cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
Directions:
Boil washed beet, cool and grate on a small hole side of a grater or process in a kitchen processor.

Blend ground beet with caraway seeds, season with salt and mix with cottage cheese forced through a strainer and blended with milk.
