12 slices cold veal or
12 slices ham
4 pickled carrots
4 pickled cucumbers
1 cauliflower
12 pickled mushrooms
6 tbsp mayonnaise
lemon juice
salt, mustard, pound black pepper to taste
Directions:
Break cauliflower into florets, cook in salted water, cast in colander, drain the water.

Put 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise in the center of a platter, scatter over prepared florets, put around meat (or ham) slices, carrot circles, cucumbers and mushrooms.

Dress the remaining mayonnaise with lemon juice, pepper, mustard and serve apart.
