3 1/2 oz (100 gm) pungent processed cream cheese 3 tbsp butter 1 fillet smoked fish fish 1 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste 1 tbsp spring onion, chopped peppercorn to taste 20 dry biscuits of various shapes fresh tomatoeses and cucumbers smoked smoked sausage slices boiled egg for garnih if desired | Directions: Chop smoked fish fillet.
Mix cheese with butter, add pepper and divide into 3 parts: add onion to the first, add smoked fish to the second and tomato paste or ketchup — to the third. Beat well the masses.
Put tomato, cucumber, sausage and egg slices on dry biscuits. Using piping tube pipe cheese mass on the biscuits according to taste combination: put cheese mass with ketchup on sausage, mass with fish — on egg and so on.
When serving put the appetizers on a serving platter and garnish with tomato, cucumber slices and greens. |
