2/3 lb (300 gm) squidss
2-3 sweet peppers, various colors
1 apples
1/3 cup tinned corn
1 orange
2 tbso grated cheese
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp vinegar
chili powder
lettuce
Directions:
Wash squids, remove chitin plate, offal remains and thin outer skin. Cover with hot salted water and boil for 5 minutes. Cool and shred the squids.

Shred sweet peppers and apple, slice orange.

Combine vegetable oil, vinegar and chili powder.

Put the prepared products in a salad bowl on lettuce leaves in layers, sprinkle each layer with grated cheese and cover with the prepared dressing.
