To make dressing, mix vinegar, mild mustard, vegetable oil, water, salt and ground peppercorn.
Boil green beans in salted water for 7 minutes. Drain the broth and dry the beans. Clean mushrooms, cut into chunks and scald. Remove seeds off the sweet pepper and shred. Wash and dry lettuce leaves, cut into pieces. Cut tomatoes and chicken meat into chunks.
Combine the prepared products and put in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with nuts and top with greens.
Cover with the dressing just before serving.
