Sort out beans, soak in cool water for 6 hours. Drain water, put the beans in ovenproof pan, add salted water so as to cover beans, cover and place in preheated oven for 3 hours.
To make garlic butter, boil garlic in salted water for 15 minutes, cast in a colander, mix well with butter and season with salt.
Turn the ready beans on a warm serving platter, dress with prepared garlic butter, top with parsley greens.
