Products Needed:
4 egg yolks 8 tbsp sugar 2/3 cup coffee, cool 1 cup heavy cream 3 1/2 oz (100 g) dark chocolate 1 tbsp butter

Directions: Beat egg yolks with half of the sugar until stiff and creamy, place on water bath, add coffee gradually and beat until stiff foamy.
Cool the cream stirring constantly.
Whip cream with the rest sugar, blend with the prepared cream and turn to dessert cups. Cover with melted chocolate and let firm.
