1 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped sweet almonds
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup wheat flour
1 egg white
3 oz powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
jam to taste
Directions:
Cool butter a little, add sugar, almonds, eggs, add four step by step and knead the dough for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 parts, put each on the parchment sheet and bake in hot oven until golden crusts.

To prepare the glaze, cream white with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Brush each baked base with jam, put one on another, cover the top base with prepared glaze and put in hot oven for additional some minutes.
